Your continued use of this Site after any change means you have accepted the changed Terms and Conditions.
1. Copyright. All materials created by Dana Sperle on the Site are protected by United States copyright laws as original works. The absence of a registered copyright symbol does not mean that such materials are not protected as belonging to Dana Sperle.

All such linked sites, materials and pages are not under the control of Dana Sperle, and Dana Sperle is not responsible for the content contained in any linked website nor for any losses or damages you may incur as a result of the use of any third party website. Dana Sperle accepts no liability for any errors or omissions contained in third-party websites. These links are provided to improve your use of this Site, enable you to connect with Dana Sperle on various platforms, help Dana Sperle offer the easiest services for you and conduct transactions.
3. Qualifications. We hold the following professional qualifications and certifications: Integrative Health Practitioner, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and Stable Moments Certified Mentor.
4. Scope of Practice.
4.1. Here is what we will be doing together:
4.1.1. As an Integrative Health Practitioner and Certified Health Coach, Health Foundations Coach, and Personal Growth Specialist, I will assist you in navigating, discerning, and focusing on your desired wellness goals. My intent is to support and organize your efforts to those aims.
4.2. Here is what we will not be doing together:
4.2.1. I do not offer any Medical Advice. All information I provide is for educational and informational purposes only. The information provided during any course, program, membership, and/or coaching does not supersede or replace any medical advice given to you by your physician or primary care provider.
4.2.2. I do guarantee weight loss time frames or specific results. My coaching philosophy includes the belief that true, healthy weight loss is a side affect of decreasing inflammation cycles and properly managing energy systems in the body. Depending on how long you have been in dysregulation AND how quickly you adopt the foundational principles of health correlates to the length of time it will take to reach expected outcomes.
5. Use License. If Dana Sperle has materials on the Site that you can download, permission is granted to download copies of the materials for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
5.1. modify or copy the materials;
5.2. use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
5.3. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Dana Sperle at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.
6. Refunds. Our refund policy for any of the services or products sold on the Site is as follows: Payments under this contract are NON-REFUNDABLE. In rare and extreme cases where unavoidable circumstances occur, refunds will be considered. This is done on a case-by-case basis, and decisions are made at the sole discretion of Dana Sperle.
